How to verify the eSewa account?
After making your documents ready for use open the esewa app and follow those steps to complete your eSewa account verification.
Step 1: Login your account and click on update KYC
Open the esewa app on your mobile phone and log in to your account by providing your username and password you can also use your fingerprint to log in, but for it, your device should have a fingerprint sensor, and you must log in already once. After login, you will immediately observe a small box with a KYC update button above the esewa services menu.
Step 2: Tap on Begin
After clicking on the update button a window will be opened with information on the benefits of KYC verification. Tap on the Begin button on the bottom to continue.
Step 3: Fill up KYC form and click Save & Submit
Now, a KYC form will be displayed on your app, and there are three steps through which you can fill your KYC form. After filling in your information click on save & submit to complete your process.
The KYC verification takes around 24-48 hrs to verify. The massage will be sent by esewa app if your account is verified. You can also check your it on the My Information section. If there is verified notation with a tick mark, then it is verified.
