Save word file to plain text format

After that, choose the plain text option in Save as type.
Import plain text file to excel
After saving plain text, open that
file on excel. For it, create and open an excel file and select Data > From text.
Now, import the previous plain text
file.
Then, a window will appear, choose fixed width, and my data has headers if your data has headers. After that, click on Next.
